Mr. Shelmire joined Stonegate in May of 1990 and is a co-owner of Stonegate. Prior to joining Stonegate, Mr. Shelmire was Managing Director of Investment Banking for First London Securities from 1996 to 1999 where he managed public and private offerings. Mr. Shelmire began his career at Smith Barney in 1980. Mr. Shelmire received his Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1979 from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Casey Stegman has more than 14 years of capital markets, corporate communications, and investor relations experience. Casey began his financial services career as an investment advisor with A.G. Edwards and Sons, Inc. Throughout his career, his counsel has been relied upon by executives and directors of numerous publicly traded companies. His experience working with numerous small and micro-cap companies in a wide range of sectors has enabled Casey to gain a thorough understanding of the investment strategies of institutional investors, and has provided him with unparalleled contacts in the institutional investment community. Casey graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and currently holds series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.

Bob Blakely’s professional experience ranges from executive management positions in large corporations to CEO of small and mid-sized companies. Mr. Blakely’s experience includes: CEO of Graham Magnetics, LP, Chairman and CEO of MetroCare EMS, Inc., and prior to that as Executive Vice President and Director of Ameristat Mobil Medical Services, Inc., both of these companies are involved in emergency medical services for a large part of Texas. Mr. Blakely’s previous experience includes Senior Vice President of Epic Healthcare which owned and operated 36 hospitals plus surgery centers, diagnostic centers, long term care facilities and skilled nursing units in 10 states. Mr. Blakely’s experience also includes senior positions in financial, marketing, strategic planning and operations with PepsiCo and Frito-Lay as well as Corning, an international glass manufacturing company. He also has 15 years of Investment Bank experience specializing in funding for small cap publicly traded companies as a Managing Director of Stonegate Securties, Inc.. Additionally Mr. Blakely served on the board of a number of charity organizations.

Greg Colvin is the Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investor Relations of Sankofa Capital, an investment management firm, which he co-founded in December 2011. From 2007 until he co-founded Sankofa Capital, Mr. Colvin was a licensed broker affiliated with Bluffview Capital, LP, where he originated and raised capital for private equity and hedge fund clients. From 1997 to 2006, Mr. Colvin was a Managing Director of the Private Funds Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp and Credit Suisse LLC. Mr. Colvin started his professional career with Stephens Inc. specializing in placing primary and secondary fixed income products to institutional investors. Mr. Colvin received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Mr. Colvin has served as a director of Sanchez Energy Corporation since March 2012 and currently serves on the advisory board of the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.

Bunchie Engel started a career in public accounting following graduation from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Business, with a B.S. in Accounting concentration. After several years with Arthur Andersen, LLP, Bunchie transitioned in industry where she worked for several publicly traded companies, managing both domestic and international accounting operations. Bunchie subsequently transitioned into the finance realm, joining a Financial Services consulting team with KPMG Consulting focusing on systems implementations for several Wall Street banks. She later joined a smaller wealth management group, servicing a book of clientele through investment management and financial planning. Since 2003, Bunchie has teamed with Stonegate and worked in several areas of the business to date. In addition to previously holding series 7, 63, 24, 85, 86, and 65, and 95 licenses, Bunchie currently holds a CPA license in the state of Texas.

Tom Baker brings to Stonegate Capital Partners more than 15 years of investor relations and communications experience, with a focus on biotechnology and healthcare. During his career, he has worked in-house as the head of investor relations for a NASDAQ-listed biotechnology company, Cytori Therapeutics, and on the agency side as an investor relations and communications consultant to life science organizations. Previously, Mr. Baker worked as a medicinal chemist and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in pharmacological chemistry from the University of California, San Diego.

Ms. Zanelli has spent the majority of her career leading investor relations' programs for micro-cap to large-cap companies, including Nasdaq-100 and global companies. She received a B.A. from the University of Redlands.
Juany Castillo joined Stonegate in 2014. Her primary responsibilities include corporate services, assisting Sonegate’s clients and various office management roles. Prior to Stonegate, Juany worked nine years at General Motors serving in a variety of administrative positions.
