Aemetis reported 3Q26 revenue of $88.2M, up 49% y/y, while adjusted EBITDA improved to $24.8M and net income reached $5.2M. Results benefited from approximately $11.0M of first-half 45Z catch-up revenue, but recurring RNG economics also improved materially as the updated federal model increased dairy RNG 45Z value to approximately $62/MMBtu before monetization costs. RNG volumes increased 39% y/y to 158,200 MMBtu, two additional digesters entered service in October, and management identified six additional LCFS pathways nearing approval. Looking ahead, the Keyes MVR project remains a significant earnings catalyst, with construction targeted for completion around March 2027 and most of the expected approximately $32M annual cash-flow benefit anticipated in 2H27, while additional RNG growth, corn-oil expansion, and improving India activity provide further upside opportunities.
